The strongest Karate practitioner always defeats opponents with outstanding physical power? No. Someone who is really strong at Karate beats an opponent without fighting. How? Kenji Ushiro, a master of Karate and a successful businessman, shows the results of following the right path to a better life with the Budo spirit. The Japanese martial arts (Budo) are for both mental and physical development. Those martial arts are concerned with the way you control your mind in possible bouts. Ushiro, the author of Live with the Budo Spirit Every Day, believes that human thought generated only in the brain can't create true power. Real, long-lasting power in any human endeavor comes only from the unified collaboration of brain and body. The author shares with the reader what he discovered through relentless training and a broad range of business experiences -- that thoughts resulting from the unification of mind and body give you unbeatable strength. |
