A Word from the Editor: |
How do you turn a million-selling book into a comic? After a lot of worrying, the answer I came up with was to "be faithful to the original." I decided to complete one story on each two-page spread, and construct each episode based on the original, but the thing I was worried about was the characters. I chose from among a cat, rabbit, alien, and various other characters, settling on something from above that comes to teach people who are "sweating the small stuff" that it is "all small stuff." This canine doctor turned out to be a very cute, healing character. |
