A word from the editor:
These analects are old texts that have taught people valuable lessons in a simple way. They have also been widely read as a compact reference for business advice. In this book, the Analects of Confucius have been presented in a brand-new way especially for women. The analects are such that women can relate to them in different situations, as when they're undecided or sad, and when they want to make more progress in their lives.
Written by an author who is well acquainted with China, this welcome essay has a light touch that will subtly tug at your heart while also hitting home.
