A word from the editor: |
Previous books about the "implementation of aspirations" have mostly dealt with setting objectives and having a clear vision of your goals.
The approach of this book is completely different.
The author, psychological counselor Dr. Ishihara, has been advocating her newly proposed study on "self-centered psychology."
That approach deals with remaining true to your emotions and following where they lead, rather than basing your life around popular beliefs and the convenience of others.
This new method of "implementation of aspirations", introduced by the author from the perspective of having helped many people, will surely shine great hope into your life.
The "here and now" is really where the key to changing your future lies.
This book provides hopeful news to a struggling generation.
