Headache, backache, stiff shoulders, sore knees...many people suffer from all kinds of physical pain daily. A major cause of these pains is our posture. For the last 20 years, the author, Jeff Libengood, has provided intense health and fitness support to professional athletes, singers, models, businesspeople and numerous celebrities as their personal trainer.
Providing a training method that requires you to do opposite actions from the ones that you would normally do, this book clearly explains how to have a healthy body by achieving total balance in your body, mind and soul through your diet, your way of thinking, and your lifestyle.

A word from the editor: |
I've always had a slouching posture, and I've wanted to do something about it for a long time. After hearing Jeff talk about posture, I'm once again reminded of how important this is. A peculiar thing that happens every time I talk to people about my involvement in this book is that they all straighten their backs without really being aware that they're doing it. This illustrates just how poor our posture gradually becomes without our knowing it. Nothing could make me happier as an editor than if reading this book causes you to pay more attention to your posture.
Of course, be sure to try out the many useful, practical exercises and lifestyle habits introduced in the book!
